Treatment of Neurological diseases, including stroke-induced Brain Nerve Damage and Neurodegenerative Diseases (i.e., Parkinson's Disease, PD), as well as eye-related diseases, have promoted the growing demand of technologies and devices for accurate diagnosis and rehabilitation, in particular with the development of an ageing society. Expected in the next few decades, devices and services for disease diagnosis and rehabilitation are among the top needs in the healthcare domain. Blending the era elements of artificial intelligence (AI) and 5G technology, NIMTE is dedicated to developing technologies and devices for digital diagnosis & treatment and rehabilitation & assistive robotics, and integrating intelligent service systems.
