Ningbo Institute of Industrial Technology Research(NIITR) is the project phase Ⅱof NIMTE. A lot of innovative initiatives are adopted to make into the reality of the construction of NIITR andregional economic development. Under the guideline, enterprises will play a certain role in the construction of NIITR. On March 26, 2010, Yunsheng Co., Ltd became the first council enterprises member of NIITR.

On the same day, the representatives of NIITR and Yunsheng Co., Ltd signed a cooperation agreement that Yunsheng Gaoke Magnet Co., Ltd would provide investment amount of 10 million Yuan to support the construction work of NIITR. Mr. Erwei Shi, vice-present of Chinese Academy Sciences (CAS) and Ms. Hongyi Yu, deputy mayor of Ningbo both attended the inauguration ceremony of Ningbo Yunsheng Gaoke Magnet New Materials Research Center.

Ms. Hongyi Yu, deputy mayor of Ningbo said that March 26 was a turning point in history, the mission of NIITR was to ensure and promote the development of Ningbo high-tech industries. She called for more far-sighted entrepreneurs to participate in the construction of the NIITR and work together to guarantee the institute's development funds, market, and human security.

Mr. Yunde Zhu, the chairman of Yunsheng Co., Ltd addressed after the ceremony that the singing would strengthen their co-operation with NIMTE in all areas. Mr. Zhu also appeal to the public especially enterprise of Ningbo to think highly of the development of institute and scientific research workers to actualize of their value of life.
