Almost 500 participants gather from agencies directly under the municipal authority, industry partners, visiting fellows, staffs and graduate students.

Ping Cui, Director of NIME delivers a New Year address. She said: we have great honor and pleasure of having the presence of leaders, industry partners and experts. 2009 marks the comprehensive development of various undertakings of NIMTE. She highlights the achievements that NIMTE have made and outlines the future picture. She encourages NIMTE people to work together to promote and develop NIMTE as a thriving and prosperous place.

It was a show that started before dinner; there was singing, dancing, magic and more! Everyone was enjoying and cheering for the performances. Of course, the food was delicious. One of the most memorable times was the luck draw; it really brought a lot of fun. What a lovely party!
