Laboratory of Optoelectronic Information Technology and Devices
The research focus of our lab includes organic/perovskite solar cells, silicon photovoltaics, perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells, organic luminescent materials and devices, UV luminescence and detectors, wide-bandgap semiconductors, flexible optoelectronic devices and related applications. The lab focuses on tackling the challenges in the development of key materials, device design and integration, aiming to provide cutting-edge technologies for the renewable energy and optoelectronic/electronic industries both nationally and locally. The research is closely related to the needs of the local industry, providing next-generation materials and devices that can significantly advances the society and community.

Dr. XIANG Chaoyu Advanced Nano Optoelectronic Materials and Devices Group

Novel nanophotonic materials, including quantum dots, perovskite nanocrystals, and directly photolithographically fabricated quantum dots.

Novel photonic devices, including quantum dot light-emitting diodes, quantum dot photovoltaics/photoconversion, near-infrared quantum dot photodetectors, and large-area quantum dot printing technology.

Functional thin films and photoelectric devices including flexible transparent conductive thin films, anti-reflection thin films, flexible solar cells, and flexible gas sensor technology.
