On September 25th, Prof. WANG Liping from the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering (NIMTE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), won the 2020 XPLORER PRIZE-Advanced Manufacturing. The award is annually issued since 2019 to recognize up to 50 extraordinarily talented young scientists per year for their outstanding achievements in fundamental science and frontier technologies. WANG is the first scientist from Ningbo won the prize.
