Currently, it is crucial to develop functional materials, nanostructures, and emerging multifunctional devices. In this context, our research orientation is to provide scientific and technological solutions for the application and industrialization of new materials based on our innovation efforts. Micro/nanofunctional materials and applications, advanced nano optoelectronic materials and devices, quantum functional materials, and functional thin films & integrated devices and all-optically controlled semiconductor materials/devices are the main research concerns. We are focusing on 3D printing materials and technology, nanomaterials for optoelectronic applications, cutting-edge quantum materials, thin films for electronic and optical applications, as well as optoelectronic memristive devices.
