Laboratory of Atomic-scale and Micro & Nano Manufacturing
Focusing on key technologies such as atomic-scale manufacturing and advanced micro & nano manufacturing of nanomaterials, the laboratory aims to meet the major need of the national information and new-energy related applications. Based on the precise manufacturing technologies, the laboratory devotes to the research and development of devices, circuits, chips, and systems, and promote the development of materials/nanoscience and engineering disciplines. The research invloves atomic-scale manufacturing and devices, thin film materials and micro/nano manufacturing devices, nanomaterials and micro/nano manufacturing devices.
