  1. 3+ years of post-PhD independent work experience at a world-renowned institution

  2. Experience in key research/engineering projects with internationally/nationally recognized achievements;

  • Spring Bud Associate Research Professor (Promising Academic Core Talent)
  1. 2+ years of post-PhD independent work experience in the same field

  2. A promising young talent with solid research results, a strong foundation, and demonstrated potential for innovation and teamwork

  • Ample Research Funding: support in applying for national, CAS, and provincial/municipal talent introduction programs

  1. Academicians and Renowned Experts: Up to RMB 100 million;

  2. Group Leaders: Up to RMB 24 million;

  • Postdoctoral Researcher

  • Research Funding: RMB 1 million start-up funding for appointed Distinguished Young Research Fellows.

  • Personal Allowance:Exceptional postdoctoral researchers may apply for municipal talent programs, with personal awards up to RMB 1 million.
